Your day to day
Job Summary – (Role Summary)
Responsible for improving the customer experience through the surfacing of insights from a variety of audio and textual sources. The ideal candidate will provide analytical support by developing quantitative measurements for unstructured data. He or she will use those measurements to create actionable meaning and deliver strategic insights that improve the customer experience, and increase internal efficiency. Responsible for Validating SLAs submitted by Vendor.
What we need from you
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, other related field of studies (Information Technology, Operations Research) or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Proficiency in developing queries to categorize unstructured data—preference for experience with speech/text analytics and knowledge management platforms
Demonstrates knowledge of Visual Basic scripting techniques, Microsoft Access and Excel functionality to include the use of macros to streamline report-publishing process.
Demonstrates programming experience with statistical and database software (not limited to SQL Server, Affinium Campign, Adobe Analytics, SAS, Business Objects, Tableau, Python, and R, Google Analytics.
Demonstrates experience in a decision-support and data warehousing environment.
Demonstrates knowledge on Sentiment Analysis.
Demonstrates clear, concise, and succinct communication skills, including adapting both technical verbal and written communication to the needs and level of the user.
